Top or second to top league teams in any of the following countrys: France,England, germany, portugal, spain, italy.
Well i know for a fact that leeds usually get tooken over in the second season...but i don't think many top tier teams in top countries get tooken over...
Why not just choose what team you want to be, open the editor before you create your game, find your club, go to finances, select sugar daddy>foreground and start your game.
Derby County always get took over in the first season, but there never seems to be any financial benefit to you as the manager, if that's what you're looking for.
If you may want to look a bit down. Port Vale in Npower League two get taken over by a foreign businessman in the first season.

What amount of cash does he inject in to the club?
I've found it too be very rare for a new chairman to inject money into the club

But anyway I agree with 'WeAreDerby' in that i've noticed they do get taken over a lot in the first season
Ive only ever once experienced a massive cash injection with a club and that was with watford in fm08 when the gave me a 30m transfer budget but other than that I find if I havent been at a club very long and it gets taken over I get sacked cause they always have a man ready to come in, usually alan shearer. But I have noticed it chops and changes and the best I have found are Charlton and Reading who get taken over in second season if they dont achieve promotion, but my advice is to try and win the championship because you will recieve a transfer buget of around £18m and 400k a week wages when you go up and their are alot of players becoming out of contract end of the first season that are quality in the prem
Yeah I agree with bigrich about getting promoted from the Championship. With a cash-strapped Burnley I barely managed to get promoted via Play-Offs and in the next season I was given £20m to spend (can't remember the wage budget).
In a couple of my games (on an older database though) when Liverpool have finished poorly in their first season like 7th or 8th they have been took over a couple of times, but this is rare because in my saves Liverpool seem to do really well.
In my games Portsmouth get taken over in season 1 and Reading often get taken over in seasons 2 or 3
in fm 09 i was playing with cisco roma. after 3 seasons my team promoted to serie b, and current chairman resigned in the half of my first season in serie b. new chairman sacked me.

btw, in fm 11 now i'm playing in northern ireland but much of republic of ireland, wales and northern ireland teams chairmans changes, but i never see big injections
