Thank you all very much for the replies!
I dont think my problems are tactics related as I have 3 different tactics at fluid, 4-5-1, 4-1-2-1-2 and my usual 4-4-2 and I've tried switching areound in different parts of the season. I think fatigue could be the problem, but I do rest my players regularly and if they aren't 90%+ condition, they sit on the bench unless I dont have a choice. I have a pretty strong squad with at least 2 players for each position.
I'm on a new season now at 10 games played and it's going very well like always, but I noticed a very interesting team talk effect in half time. I was winning 2-0 at home against Birmingham, but I wasn't happy with the way the team wasted most of their chances at scoring so I bluntly stated ''disappointing'' and won the game 6-0. I checked my assman's (who is Roberto Carlos btw :D) teamtalk feedback and almost every player had ''fired up'' and three players even had the ''inspired to a great performance''. Dunno if this is something everyone else knows, but I was quite surprised.
