Is it possible to search for a player in the country?

Is there any way I can look for players only from the country instead of having to go division by division? Because I'm trying in several ways and it doesn't work.

Go to the scouting, use filter "based nation", and you can find it, but you must set the scouting budget to "world" if you want unlimited result, if not, the result will still be limited.
