Tactical familiarity

Hey Everyone

I play with a false 9 up top. I have noticed that many players have low star rating at false nine(like only silver or a half star). First I thought it was about too low CA. But now I have players that definetily have high enough CA. So I think it is because they don’t know the role (tactical familiarity is low). My question is then, can you train a player to get that, and how is the optimal?

example just bought a player that is like 4,5 gold stars at other striker roles but 2,5 silver at false 9

Player individual training, in the training sessions train the player on the false 9 role.
If the player doesn't have the attributes of a false 9, like passing, composure and vision it might not work.
