How to use the pre game editor to add more referees. To UCL and other competitions.

In my football manager saves I noticed that for the big matches Szymon Marciniak was usually in charge.
I also noticed top referees like Kovacs, Davide Massa were missing.
To fix this use the pre game editor, click on database, competition, search and click on Ucl.
Scroll down there is a limit of officiating group.
In Fm some top referees are in the first group of referee. So they don't officiate Ucl games, the default setting on the editor is Elite group adjust it to first group so top referees like kovacs and others will appear in ur fm saves. Hopefully reducing Bias decisions.
