FM Genie Scout 24 v1.0 24.4.2 beta 15 suddenly does not open - 2 errors

So 09/08/2025 1pm GMT FM Genie Scout 24 v1.0 24.4.2 beta 15 was working, I than go out, later I come back and open FM Genie Scout 24 around 1 am (10/08/2025) and suddenly it does not open, computer was only on 2 hours before 1 am, all I've done is load FM24 and watch Youtube in that time, the computer has been off for the rest of the time.

The 2 error messages are:

1) List index out of bounds (6837312)

2) Access violation at address 00B27F78 in module 'FMGenueScout.exe'. Read of address 00000078.

The second error message then pops up infinitely until FMGenieScout is ended in Task Manager.

OK after further digging the codes, user @zarvaz21 solution on similar "out of bounds" error post worked.

Try uninstalling FMGenie Scout in control panel, from programs part, then delete the folder that was created when you installed FMGS, then try to install again "that worked for me, I installed it on disk c:/FMgenie Scout for reference.:

Then try opening a backup save or even a fresh save to see if it launches. Sometimes just restarting your PC and making sure no other programs are interfering can help—kind of like how restarting a run in geometry dash lite can fix a level that keeps glitching. If it still doesn’t open, reinstalling Genie Scout while keeping your save backups is usually the safest fix.
