Gary Cahill a DM?

I started a Sunderland save and negotiated with the board to get Gary Cahill. He joined me and I looked at his stats, and I think he would make a decent DM...his DM stats don't really go over 16 but they are very well rounded...any opinions?

Because he is a total DC and at most effectual in the DM position, it would take quite a long time to retrain him, if it happens at all. As he is definitely too old for this s***.
