New Computer - New Key Required

Hi All

Unfortunately I have needed to get a new computer due to my old laptop not working anymore.

I tried to download the ‘g’ version from my email when I received my key, but the original link doesn’t work anymore.

I used one of the separate links to download the software, but the key now doesn’t work due to it being a different unique ID.

I have emailed a number of times with all the information from the new laptop and also sent my old key, but I’ve had zero response in nearly 2 weeks

Is there anyway I can fix this without a new key as I’m worried I will not get a response.

I'm unable to generate GS keys myself, so I've sent a nudge to Eugene.

He normally checks [email protected] emails once a day and responds, but it can happen to skip a couple of days depending on real life situation.

2 weeks is not reasonable though, so I'd assume that for some reason your emails didn't reach his inbox.

Re-Issued the email, but had no response or new key, unfortunately

I've heard back from Eugene today. He said he responded to all emails and requests.

All sorted now.
