SOLVED
Go to Computer > Macintosh HD > Users > [Your Username].
Once there, you need to show hidden folders on your Mac — you can look up how to do this online. When you enable that, a Library folder will appear. Open it, then navigate to Sports Interactive, and place your tactic file into the tactics folder.

No Mac .....in the Sports Interactive folder there is no cloud and tacticsfolder

I have to the same issue just for windows and dont have the cloud showing after following the steps
After Sports Interactive and Football Manager 26, i only find editor data, games and hall_of_fame.dat

You either need to create the "tactics" folder yourself, or simply save your current in-game tactic and that will create the folder for you.

Yes...but then you have still the cloudfolder missing....

I just saved my first tactic in the game, and then i generated the tactics folder. So make a tactic and save it, then you can find the tactic folder under your user/documents/sports interactive/football manager 26/

Just worked it out, go to documents>SI> FM 26 create a folder called Tactics, drop files into the folder and then they appear in the upload section in the tactics module
