All these tactics come with team and player instructions etc included when downloaded is they correct?
so literally just need to select the players and don’t need to mess with instructions and roles?
Do they work with different mentalities?
I.e to to change mentality based on how the game is going, or if I am against a weaker/stronger club, home/away etc, or should I just keep it always on whatever mentality the tactic is set to.

I advise not changing instructions. Mentality is set to optimum but can be changed.
The latest tactics 26.3 are not loaded here but go to google docs at top of tactics page. You need SPs and I currently use ARSENAL 21

But change mentality if it really feels like I need it and will download the set piece instructions and will try to find the tactics for 26.3.2.
Presumably the tags elite/underdog etc., are still applicable for the latest patch - just started a long journeyman save and still at a pretty bad non-league club with not much hope of transfers at the moment.
Stam adds the tags but I use google docs with all the test information. I test with Torquay in VNS as well.
