Hi, Currently managing a top club in EPL. What is best 442 to use.

I delegate all apart from OIs and then set up MC40 Corners or SUN19 with Sunderland
similar here but I use Set Pieces default setting as I run multiple simulations at the same time across 5/6 leagues to get wider perspective. thanks
what would be the best 343 narrow tactic for a club who is climbing up from non league and just finally got to the league 2?
most of my players are youngsters, but with great stamina and work rate/natural fitness.
i do have one player who is my main guy, was trying to get himo to score and assist the most, kind of like salah, so i put him as a ss, bu for some reason, while he help on the pitch a lot, he dosn't do much goals/assists as i would like him to do.
trying to get a tactic who would concetrate on making one main guy a star...
