FM Scout 2 Areas I would like basic rules to improve [Football Manager Editor] for the future

I would like to support sports Interactive add Playoff Rounds, so i can have 2 legs for Play off semi finals and have the play off final 1 leg. I have 22 clubs in the EPL instead of 20. Level 2 is EPL2 which I have 22 clubs. Yes I renamed the EFL Championship to English premier league 2 in the editor. i have created new leagues and cups. The 2nd area i would like basic rules to have is you can set the time not just have the sate for super cups. Football manager is a good game, if football manager adopt these 2 suggestions it makes things easier for me who only can do basic rules as I can't do advanced rules. Yes i do create my own clubs, stadiums in my own database. i enjoy doing that. My unlisted youtube video in in the FM editor is just under 13 minutes long.
