when loading a shotlist from FM not all players are loaded to GS 26
It may have something to do with the 'player interest' tab; in game. Be sure to click on 'not considered' this will bring all the players on your shortlist, which should then upload on to GS. But basically, if the players are not considering you you won't be able to sign them.
