FM24 "Fixed PA" to "PA Range"

Is this FM24 File possible for FM26, i will play with the max PA Range.

No, it is not - You have to wait for the creator (me) or someone else to create an equivalent file for FM26. Which I probably will, eventually - Depends on whether the editor UI is just as trash as the game UI, because man, the editor was rough in the first place.
