How to use fm scout on fm26?

On the old versions it was clear to me how to use fm scout, i had a tactic and theough fm scout chose or bought the best player for each role based on the role rating

on the new game i have two problems?

1. The off ball on ball system means each player has two roles or even position
2. A lot of the roles are not supported by the genie scout


so is there an easy way to use the tool to scout and choose players according to roles?

New roles will be added in GS26. I don't currently have a date for that update, but it's definitely happening.
