In FM26, staff attributes are now shown as words (e.g. Good, Very Good, Outstanding) instead of numerical values.
While I have a lot of concerns and quibbles with the new FM26, this this actually more realistic. In real life, you don't hire a scout or a coach with "18" or "17", but on the assumption that they are "good", "very good" or "outstanding" at their job.
Using the staff profiles, I created this conversion table from FM24 to FM26:
