Looking to get FM24 on my Macbook Air - No longer Available on Steam

Hey fellas,

Like a lot of us, I'm not willing to commit to playing FM26 just yet, I'm hoping they'll make a few changes...

As a result, I'm looking to drop some cash to buy FM24 but it's no longer available on Steam...is there another alternative to me getting the full game and be able to download tactics/patches/kits/transfer updates etc.

Still available on Microsoft store until 16/11.

Other than that, I assume you could order the physical disc copy off amazon or similar. That should practically contain a Steam key inside.

I see that it's available here. Would I be able to play that on a Macbook? Seems like a dumb questions I just genuinely don't know the answer.

If the answer is yes, I can play it on a macbook, am I able to get the newest patches for FM24 too?

No, you can't play games from Microsoft store on a Mac as far as I know. Unless you use something like Whisky.

In theory, if you can get the game on any official platform, you should automatically get the latest official patch for it.

Your best bet might be a physical disc copy.

Thanks, I figured that'd be the case.

Sadly, the physical disc copy won't work because the Macbook Air doesn't have a disc slot to insert it.

The physical disc contains an activatation code that you can redeem on Steam. The disc itself is completely useless.

Can't even get a physical disc copy it seems. Tough times for the ones that didn't know it would be removed from the Steam library.
