Player preferred movements (treats)

All this changes makes it very difficult to find things, or maybe SI just removed it, but does anyone with the in-game editor knows where can the player treats (preferred movements) be changed?

Click the pencil icon when you are on the player's profile.
On the modal popup click on the Player Attributes tile.



Then open the dropdown menu on the left that says General and select Player Traits.
