How to change portal messages settings - getting flooded with messages on my shortlisted players

Hi all,

I recently shortlisted a load of players and now each day I am getting 100+ items in my inbox related to the shortlisted players. I can't see how to change the notification settings for shortlisted players. I don't care if they get a loan or transfer bid etc.
