I need help with my tactic.

I need a little help with a tactic.

I have based a tactic on an old save i did where i dominated games with 70% possession and conquered all of Europe.

Its a 4-1-3-2 with the wingers on the midfield line and a left footed DLF who is involved in every piece of build up play.

Again, i am domination possession with 60 - 70% a game but i am doing nothing with it. Some games i will have 80% possession but lucky if i have 5 shots all match.

I am great with the ball, i just don't know what to do with it.

I have tried loads of tweaks but can't figure it out.

Any suggestions?

Are your fullbacks crossing?

Strikers hardly score in This Match Engine for me.
May be you have too much possession.
And no take more risk instructions.

That is just passive possession, your players are moving the ball around doing nothing. If you have a slow tempo team instruction, you have to instruct your offensive players to increase pace, such as dribble more, take more passing risks. This will help telling the team to split tempo, slow at back, faster at the final third. You can also increase tempo and passing by one notch (much lower to lower, and much more shorter passing to shorter passing or normal). Increasing width might also be an option, in order to allow the midfielders to explore the middle channels.
