The payment for the Genie Scout 26 donation isn’t going through

Despite numerous attempts to pay for the donation with my bank card, I was unable to do so. I keep seeing the message: “We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”
