I play in Romanian Superliga 1 with a team and i found out that is a rule in the league that you need to have a romanian (not EU) under 21 wanker on the field all the time off a match.
If you want to substitute him u need to introduce another under 21 wanker.
In my opinion is a very stupid rule and practically u lose a player not just my team but every team in the league.
And even my team is young, average is 23 years and i have like 7 romanians, i still need an under 21 wanker on the field.
So my question is if i can change this rule in the middle of my save because i didn't knew it and i don't wnat to start o new career.
