I created a new league but it has no European qualification.

Anyone know how to fix this? I cant find anything that might help in 'Great Britain' (where the new league is based), or the Leagues, or even in the UEFA competition pages. Nothing seems to set what places in the league will get into Europe.

It is the same problem for the cups that I've created, none of them then qualify for Europe.
