Preventing injuries is very important in fm 26, injuries are very frequent. In my recent bayern save i forgot to set the training intensity. My side was plagued with injuries. Usually when I set the training intensity to no pitch and gym work the long term injuries are fewer.

Injuries can also be a boost for your team or your opponents, I'll rather have one or two of my players injured and my opponents injured than face a full strength squad.
Mainly cause I usually lose to Real madrid 😂 when im not using Psg.
In my recent Bayern save i faced a weakened psg, they sold barcola to Liverpool and kvara was unavailable for the second leg, and in the Ucl final Arsenal top scorer kai Haverts was unavailable.
My squad also faced some injury scares kimmich was injured 3 days to the final but was a minor injury.

I had to rebuild Bayern as Neuer reflex was just 13, I signed Atalanta's starting keeper,
I also signed christensen in the first season because of his passing, composure, concentration, pace and anticipation which was crucial to playing the high line and stopping low crosses. I signed Lukeba in the second season for the same reason.
