Wondering if anyone knows if you can view how well your squad is blending together? It used be on the assistant feedback on FM11 but can't find it on FM12.
Go to your tactics screen. Then where it has your stored tactics on the left, the ones you have created... There is like a bar below where it says the formation like 4-1-3-2 theres are bar just below which tells you.
Thanks but I mean a feedback on how well your squad understands each other like "blending well together" or "would be willing to die for each other"
No idea where the blending is displayed but perhaps its just tied into moral and how happy they are? so if all are happy then they would prob die for each other?
Go to your staff and then your assistiant. Then go to his reports and the teamtalk feedbacks. There you have it.

evo if your players morale is very bad or awful etc and that blue bar on the left column of ur tactics page is low then i think that would mean how well ur team is as a whole
