look for alot of Pace & Acceleration those two stats are overpowered in football manager, and if u get a team full of "fast peace " players u will win very easy trust me on that one
i have in blue square north 2 strikers with 4 finish, 3 pass etc all low stats but 14 peace and 16 acceleration and they each have more goals then games played aka 10 games 15 goals, i will upload screen soon ^^
