I start a game with ADO Den Haag few months ago. Im not dutch, but i was sick of playing all of the well known leagues around, so i choose Eredivisie. I will not bore you with my FM 2011 story. Here are the rankings in my last 7 years :

Im using 4-5-1 tactics. 2 DC- DEFEND/ 2 FB-SUPPORT/ 1 MC-SUPPORT/ 1 BALL WINING MIDFIELDER/ 1 ADVANCED PLAYMAKER/ 2 WF -ATTACK ( Right winger in the left slot - left winger in the right slot + CUT INSIDE = FANTASTIC ATTACKING FOOTBALL) AND a Porcher. The tactical approuch is everything on default exept PASSING STYLE (SHORTER) + PUSH UP DEF.LINE + SLOW, NARROW. Match preparation is set to defensive position. Everything else i abjust for every player before every game. I admit that somethimes im not interested in playing and just set up the tactics and go on holiday for a day. I'm having problems uploading a save game. Will do it latter.
The general transfere idea i use is buying cheep young (15-18) players and after few years in the U19, Reserves or Loan, when they reach some visual development i used them for cup games or week Eredivisie teams. If they play 10 games this season in the middle of the next season they will be a just a step before reaching first team status.
