Assistant advice?

Where can I find the screen where my assisant tells me wich positions in the squad needs new players and offers suggestions?
I already found the screen where I can find the best possible squad but the above information isn't on that page anymore...

If its what I think you want mate, when on the tactics screen right above the pitch displaying your team and positions on the field there should be 2 tabs one of them being 'Advice'. Hope thats some help to you!!

Above the pitch display I can only see the 3 tactics dropdown menu: phylosophy, strategy and selection ?

Anyone any idea ?

Also I cannot find the option where I can ask my assistant to compile a list of loaning players for a certain position...
