Why country option is removed once edited team?

Hi oh mighty knowledged ones...

In FM 2011 I created a team through the editor and played it so everything was fine...

I have recently bought the 2012 version of the game and finally found the editor through STEAM with the help of the forums and created an English the team...

however... upon completion and checking that all of the changes are fine, on the start new game menu the Editor Data Files 1 enabled (1 in total) is fine and looking the correct .xml file... once I have clicked confirm the England option is not available...?

What do you think that I have or have not done in the editor or set up in the preferences of FM2012

Hi, this happened to me, it is because whatever league you placed you created team in has too many teams (i.e. the league should have 24 teams but because you have added one there is now 25 teams) all you have to do is go into the editor again and the easy way is enter the league name in the relevant filter select a team from that league and click remove. just to be sure do the same in the league for next season tab aswell. Save it then start your game and enjoy!!!
