Does Media Handling Affect Anything?

Somewhat new to Football and Football Manager. Just my 2nd year playing.


Always wondered if media handling affected the game anyway. I hate going to press conferences and I always send my Assistant. Does a low media handling effect teams in offering me jobs or something along those lines? Or does it have no effect at all?

Yes it does affect.especially your replies to questions they ask u in the media,could affect the players positively or negatively,u can see it after press conferences in the players info! Even your assistant can say the wrong thing at times!

Thanks. Yeah I knew it affected the players. But I just thought they would brush it off after a week or so.

How bout anything else?

I send my assistant to every single press conference and rarely ever receive any negative effects so long as he has a decent media handling style. I'm also certain it won't affect any future job prospects either.
