No team would hire you unless you brought something to the table. Therefore your players must improve incrementally under your tutorship, otherwise you serve no real purpose. You are, first and foremost, a TEACHER.
Thus, I am suggesting its reasonable that you bring 15 skill points to each player you have, issued to them over roughly 3 months (a good average learning curve time, imo) of playing time, based on your priorities and preferred play style. Especially important are the mental aspects which are the products of good teaching and coaching. What are your thoughts, guys? Seem reasonable?
