Many of you might know this preference but I didn't know it until yesterday:
Preference -> display -> sort players in TV view (thick box)
This preference makes sure that whatever substitution you make the 11 players on the field are automatically on top on your team rapport card in the 3D view widget. No more scrolling down to see how your sub is doing
