players arn't how i set them and stadium capacity or creation?

So I went on the editor to create two players for my hometown Hereford who I want to manage (without a bit of cheating I stand no chance, we are terrible) and I didnt make them super duper amazing for the league or anything, most likely above average and a leading star for League two, I also set the finances up a bit. Yet, when I go onto the real game, their stats are not what I set them at, they are drastically lower and so not any good. Is there like a limit set on editor or something? Anyway I can make sure they stay how I set them?
Also, I want to make it so we move to a new stadium, but I can't find a way to add the name I want it to have or anything, I have to search for it, can someone help me please?

This has happened to me a few times now, i think it has something to do with the CA/PA that you set them, you can get around this buy using the FMRTE, it is a really useful tool, as you can edit things on the fly as you are playing the game, as i do a few edits start the game then forget to change something.

As with the stadium move you have to add a new stadium (in the stadium section in the editor), just fill all the boxes in, name, location, capacity etc.. then go in the club tab where you have the list of players and finance etc.. and go to the stadium section (which is there current stadium) and there is a section there which says stadium move, if you search now you should see the stadium that you created, then just put the date in which you wish to move there.
