Mr Kudin is from Malaysia and has absolutely no experience in being manager, but he admits that he played football manager once or even twice! He's seen some football matches and now he has dream to manage the club to rock the world.

PRESS CONFERENCE

Just after Kudin arrived at the club, journalists who sensed sensation in appointing completely unknown and, what was really weird, Malaysian manager, were waiting for him and demanding interview. Kudin had no choice but to agree. You can see the summary of the interview below:

First thing that kudin notice after reaching at the club headquarters was lack of assistant manager. "how can i do anything without assistant ?"
So he went out the club and picked out some random guy to become his assistant manager.

TACTICS

-with very low budget, and lack player in right position, i make decision to play 5-2-2-1
-i will try this tactic for pre-season.


5-2-2-1


Strength:
Just like 3-4-2-1 formation, 5-2-2-1 formation have alot of striker, so its have very good offensive capabilities. Because this formation have 5 defender, its obvious that this formation have better defensive capabilities than 3-4-2-2-1 one.

After a few day, Debut Day arrived! Kudin was very excited about it and wanna looking forward from there.

HALF SEASON REPORT


It's time for a promised 1st Half Season report. First, let's see the results in Npower League 2

As you can see, kudin's team had good start , 10points from 10 games. good result for bottom prediction team. but, we just managed to got 10points in last 13 matches. From my experiment, we always have leading in 1st half, but concede many goals in 2nd half. There are problems which we still cannot to resolve.

As you can see, kudin's team was even twice in bottom league, and three times in 23rd position. That position we got now. Conclusion, we have very impossible chance to promotion. very very imposibble!!! .. but we must manage to go out from relegation zone. we must keeping good form now although surely though task for us.

As you can see, Izal McLeod are best player on the pitch. he also top goalscorer in league now.
but there are some problem with the team, 2.1 goals conceded.

it's time for 1st season end report! Let's see the final table of Npower League 2.

Barnet took 21th place in the end after though season. We not surprise with that result because we are one of the candidates for relegation. 2nd part of the season have been worst for my team. As you can see, kudin's team have 12 won , 11 drew and 23 lost. You can see position history below.

As you can see, our performance in 2nd half season look worried , 11 times in bottom position.

Izal McLeod are our best player. he has managed to win everything in my team, from top goalscorer, assists, man of the match but also yellow card and red card. funny!!! he managed to be 2nd top goalscorer in the league. Congratz McLeod
