Genie Scout G and key have recevied, but

my GSg doesn`t work,could you help me?
I use the chinese version with 12.0.4
For example,when I search the name "messi",I can find the some.One of them is correct,because the one has 199 pa and 195 ca.But the name is not right and the properties is very strange.When I search the club barca,the member of barca all are from Salvador.The ratings of them are not correct also.

I have placed the key to the directory and I have reinstalled the software

who can help me???

1. Are you sure you placed the key file to the proper directory? (FM Genie Scout 12g)

2. Are you using the key on another computer? Each computer has different Unique ID and therefore you need another key per computer.

Yes, in the main folder of the Scout (E:\Documents and Settings\Simone Carini\Documents\Download\PC\Football Manager 2012\FM Genie Scout 12g).
In my computer hard-disk is named "E:", can be this the problem?

I'm not sure if it's a problem. By default GS is meant to be installed in the root folder of the hard-disk, for example:
C:\FM Genie Scout 12g\

Can you try uninstalling and then re-installing to the root folder instead? If it still doesn't work, Eugene should be able to shed some light on this when he returns from work in the evening.

Yesterday,I had uninstalled the software and deleted the folder
Today,I have installed the software in C:\FM Genie Scout 12g\,placed the key in this folder
The problem is the same.

My donate name is xzero. I haven`t used the key on another computer,you can check my key.

I think may be the key is uncorrect.But the title says xzero_000`s software. Could you give me another key in my email?
