I've re-installed my PC a few days ago and now am having this problem. How do I get another key file?

Yeah, my hard drive broke and now I have the same problem. Anyway to sort this out?

My problem seems to be the same. My SSD drive failed and after I had replaced it and re-installed Windows g version has not worked.

He is sending me a new key. It seems that if the operating system is re-installed or computer switched you will need a new key.
