Determination, Motivation and Disciplne are the key... have them filtered at atleast 15,
Then whichever area you are looking at,
Say you want and attacking coach, sort by attacking, if you get a near 20 coach, take him.
technical ability is for ball control and shooting.
keep scholes as a technical coach also buy totti as a coach once he retires he is brilliant
manutd have brilliant coaches so be careful you are getting ones before firing
