Scout 2012: Errors can't load savegame + infinite IE loop

First problem:
When starting Genie Scout 12 I get a ban_vertical error and than the programme opens an endless amount of internet explorer windows..

This does NOT occur when you start Genie scout as administrator. The programme opens normal when you open it as administrator.


Second problem:
As stated in the title, I can't even load my savegames (using default database!). I get this error:


Error loading entity number: 0
File Position: 24520751
Database Version: 1686
String is too long: 10422235

I have the exact same problem, I tried downloading genie scout again and that hasn't resolved it. Im use the default database too.

If your install path is C:program files(x86) and you run as normal not admin you get the IE loop this doesn't happen if you install to the default path. I also get a similar message however and can't load my savegame. Have to wait patiently for beta 2.

I did a reinstall of FM 2012 today and now I got almost same error, only one thing changed is the File Position:

Error loading entity number: 0

Database Version: 1686
String is too long: 10422235

Hy guys. My mate got this problem when trying to load game. He tried reinstalling Scout as well as FM, but this problem didn't go away.
