Genie Scout 12 Data extraction

Is there a way to extract all the data via genie scout...i'v tried to extract all data in .csv and .txt format but newly created file has only few rows and the last row is ''position'' row...and i get error ''list index out of bounds -2'' when i leave out ''position'' row or if i put somewhere else instead on the end...
