when loading key file is missing

hi when loading up genie scout 12g this message comes up

Key file is not found.
without a key file fm genie scout 12g will not be able to work properly .

so when i run eg. west ham all the player names are jibberish. the country are not the player correct country ! and westham is even in a a differnt country and all the other players and clubs are the same can you help please!!!
