First of all i really appreciate this programm, i enjoy the game much more when using it.
Secondly I have a question about calculating the potential rating and what factors are being weighted with it. When you click the 'Show Potential Attributes (SPA)' you can see how your player COULD become. Things like PA, other relevant stats play a factor on the rating.
How about Individual Training Focus, or a specialized Training Scheme. Also as an example stats like Long Throws never grow a lot for a striker or finishing for CB's, that means that genie scout does weigh those things when calculating the potential rating.
My question is how is Potential rating Calculated EXACTLY what formula is being used and can it be edited, just like the ratings in the menu. Or is Potential atribute related to the Ratings which would be great.
