I've been manager of Kettering Town now for 6 seasons, and slowly built them up to a League 1 side, but year after year my chairman slashes the wage budget to the point where i'm given £18,000 a week wage budget to achieve a mid-table place, this is a poor budget! I've now got a new stadium built with bigger capacity, but Top players have had to be sold each year just to stay afloat financially still :(

Anyone else experienced anything like this? How do you continue to move forward with such a financial restraint?!

Foreign Investment takeover pleasseeee?
ehm move to another club! not much you can do when income is not there. hard to make progress but if u find a way to do so and achieve something nice the income should come. but its only realistic tbh. if ur really desperate u could cheat a bit.

but i would suggest either keep going and try to reach higher up. if u cant and no good income comes in the future i would move to a new club higher up. seems like u might have just reached the max u can get out of them.
