Facepack

Hey I downloaded the base face pack(v3.0) and followed the instructions for extracting/destination folder/use skin cache etc. Yet I have no pictures on my fm, do I NEED to download the updates as well?

updates arent needed for graphics, but reinstall the graphics and see if it works.

mine is the same does it work for saved games thou cos my game i started from the demo, am now in my 4th season..i downloaded the face pack did all the bits to put it in the game but again doesnt work
