Genie Scout 12g: Can't install

K I get to be the retard that can't even get it installed.
-Donated.
-Received email with link to g version and key.
-Downloaded g version. Popup says "Would you like to save file or cancel?" Obviously I save file. It saves in the "My Downloads" folder (I have Win7 64-bit).
-Click .exe file. Security warning unverified blah blah... I click "Run".
-Never even gets going. Popup says "Error. Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted. Error 5: Access is denied." I have tried moving the file to multiple folders (Desktop, My Documents, etc.). No luck.

I have Win7 64-bit and the 'g' version as well as the public version are working fine.
I doubt the error has anything to do with Genie Scout.

Got it sorted with the new release. There was a conflict with Comodo. Thanks for your help.
