i was fiddling around with the editor today and noticed you could add people like board of directors etc.... so what do they do in the game or are they just there for effect............. will they ever force you into meetings if the team is doing poorly etc???
they are just part of the board, probably in there making decisions. as in most clubs there isnt a chairman making the decisions like italian and spanish teams etc.
so it could have an affect in how much money you would get, how much the board trusts u and how much they interfere with your work i suppose.
im not sure if this is the case in FM, but it should though as it is in real life.
also at many clubs board of directors u will see ex footballers mostly from the same club who are there for advice and such.
