Download Genie Scout 12, it's compatible with FM11 savegames.
GS11 has stopped working since GS12 was released.
I have faced the same problem too. I have a saved game which I used to load normally until a few days ago using the same version of Genie Scout as you are using. My SONY VAIO works with Windows 64bit Greek Language and I had no problem at all playing FM 2011 until now. I didn't change anything in FM 2011 settings or in Genie Scout settings. Suddenly, few days ago every time I tried to load the specific saved game comes up the message that is shown above. I tested this specific version of Genie Scout in another pc loading the same saved game using Windows XP and it works fine. I just don't know what to say about it... Oh I forgot to say that I finally used by chance Genie Scout 2012 and the saved game works perfect
