DIFFICULTIES AFTER PATCH 12.1.0

After 12.1 patch,when i continue my saved game ,also with the same tactic i lost 12 games in row and all the teamtalk sytle that i used before is the same but all player respond me as switch-off.then i sacked before patch i was at the top of the french leauge with Psg.Then i tried to create a new game for trying the new patch with Sevilla but the diffuculties with team talks and the scores still continue...Does anyone tell me somethin about that and have an idea ?

also strikers play 5.9 average in 10 games,i am goin to become crazy about that !!!!!!!!!!!!

Iv noticed this issue too. before patch my top striker on save (im in 2017) was bagging them each game getting roughly 7 + rating..... Now though. Iv gone around 10-15games he hasnt scored let alone even come close each game av.rating max is 6.50

Its frustrating.
