Trying to play game in " start in offline mode" then it goes" this operation cannot be completed when steam is in off line mode." I have come to my parents for xmas need fm to live WHY will it not let me just play it .I have all updates and so on so no idea please help someone
it is stupid isnt it, stupid fucking steam.
try this, update(which it should be). close steam, start it again. then go to steam drop down and select go offline.
also have auto log in checked. do u have a laptop? i suggest going offline whilst still connected, then not closing down ur laptop fully.
there is a huge chance steam wont start in offline mode when not connected. steam is shit. i dont understand why they still havent made offline mode better.
