Underdog help???

Does someone know a good way to win against the big teams (home & out) with a underdog?

Please give advices for team talk, instructions (pre and in-game)maybe even a good formation and tactic would be useful... I hope someone can help?

Alright but do you know great instructions for getting at good result or a win (Chelsea - West Bromwich) I am Bromwich and Chelsea is underneath me in the table ;-)

I hope you have some advices or anybody else has???

enable counter attacking its damn useful and along with it set 1 or two players outside the penalty box during setpeices.seen lot of goals this way.
