Ive played with the same 4-2-3-1 (2xMC, AMC, AMR, AML)) formation for a freaking year, suddenly, in the new season I realised that the formation familiarity is "Awkward" (1/100). It doesnt change, the Assistant Manager is using Very High workload for match preparation. ALL the other areas are "Fluid" (100/100), but the formation stays at 1/100 and wont change. Ever. Now the players are using 50% for match preparation and only 50% for their training, their potential is being wasted because of this? Am I missing something or is this a bug. I even tried to simulate few months, and yes, its still 1/100, altough workload is Very High and all other areas are perfectly fluid.
I even tried to change into formations Ive NEVER used, and EVEN THEY had more familiarity than the formation I used to do the double last season.
